Eligibility for Refunds

• Timeframe: A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.
• Condition: Refunds are only applicable for products that are:
  • Damaged: The product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Wrong Product: The product delivered is not the one ordered.
• Proof Requirement: To process a refund, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product. The photograph must show the product and its packaging as received.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date.
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
• Products without photographic evidence of damage or incorrect delivery.
• Dissatisfaction with the product due to reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery (e.g., change of mind, color preference, or size expectations).

Refund Process

• Submit a Request: To initiate a refund or replacement If approved we'll provide a replacement for the damaged product within 10 days (we'll deliver the product within 10 days) contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coolmonks.in with: 
  • Your order number.
  • A detailed description of the issue (damaged or wrong product).
  • Clear photographs showing the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging.
• Review: We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Return (if applicable): If approved, you may be required to return the product to us at the address provided. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
• Refund Issuance: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will credit the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The refund will include the cost of the product, excluding any original shipping fees.
